1. Easy Return

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.

To request a return, please email us with your Order Number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

Returned products must:

Be unused and unworn.
Be in their original packaging.
Include all tags, accessories, and invoices.
Be in the same condition as when delivered.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Refund Process

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your provided bank account or another approved payment method.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, except where the product is damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was delivered.

3. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched.

To cancel an order, please contact us with your Order Number as soon as possible.

Orders are generally dispatched on the same working day. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may still request a return after delivery according to this policy.

Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 business days.

4. Shipping Policy

Orders placed before our daily cut-off time (normally 2:00 PM IST, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) are usually dispatched on the same working day.

Estimated delivery time within India is generally 3–4 business days, depending on your delivery location.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent through SMS or Email so you can monitor your shipment.

We currently provide Free Shipping on all eligible orders.
